CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments and well-being are essential to The Color Lab. Your time is specifically reserved for you & is just as valuable to you as it is to your stylist. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
Any cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserviced service(s). If you fail to provide a cancellation notice (no call/no show), the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reserved service(s).
All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation; you will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no call/no-show upon checkout. Guests may choose their preferred method of payment
